Over the next 13 years, Vlasic worked his way up from finance and artist development to vice president of the artist merchandise division before joining Bravado, the merchandising division of Universal Music Group, in 2016. Under his leadership, Bravado acquired Epic Rights in January 2019, led by concert retail pioneer Dell Furano.
