A dance event, a rock concert, a family show and a theater piece topped our Hot Tickets chart this week, proving that live entertainment in all its forms is thriving across the board.
The dance event was EDC Mexico, held at Foro Sol in Mexico City. The two-day event grossed a whopping $10,417,255, with attendance of 218,008 and a ticket range of $41.88-$20.94. It was promoted by OCESA / CIE.
The family show was Cirque du Soleil “Corteo,” which grossed $1,521,733 over eight shows at H-E-B Center in Cedar Park, Texas, with attendance of 19,939; and a ticket range of $34-$164. It was promoted by Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group.
