Ticketer delivers diverse group of sessions for conference North Carolina-based ticketing company Etix, which has market footholds in music clubs, fairs and festivals, historic theaters and performing arts centers, launches the 2019 edition of its Etix Blast! conference Thursday in downtown Raleigh. With its diverse client list, Etix will offer something for just about everyone, though the building blocks of the business show up throughout two days of sessions: marketing, tech, customer service, ticket security and strategies for running a better box office. An audience of 150 to 200 clients and prospective clients is expected this year. Etix threw its first Blast! in 2014.
