The Cincinnati Reds ball club decided to make a move to get a bill adopted to keep fans off the field. Last year, the Reds club had four field intruders at the Great American Ball Park. Overall, Major League Baseball reported 39 field intrusions resulting in 38 arrests in 2004. But since the bill was first penned earlier this year, other entities have decided to expand it to include the other disciplines.
