The company, partnering with longtime concessionaire Ed Campbell, has invested a seven-figure sum to upgrade Cotton Bowl Stadium, home of the annual Oklahoma-Texas college football game. The Ed Campbell Co. has run the food service at Fair Park for about 40 years, including the Cotton Bowl, which plays host to a handful of college football games and soccer matches every year.
