(Getty Images) Janet Jackson continues to defy expectations for her residency at Park Theater at Park MGM in Las Vegas. This week, the pop princess dominated VenuesNow’s Hot Tickets 5,001-10,000 Capacity chart, and landed spots 1-4. Jackson’s best attended shows were July 24-27. The three shows grossed $2,6092,570; attendance was 15,006 and the ticket range was $79-$500. Live Nation/MGM International is promoting Jackson’s tour. My Morning Jacket took spots on two separate capacity charts with a stop at Forest Hills Stadium, taking the No. 2 spot on the 10,001-15,000 Capacity chart, and a show at Red Rocks Amphitheater in Morrison, Colo., taking slot No. 5 on the 5,001-10,000 Capacity chart. Disney on Ice takes three spots with Mexico City shows Disney on Ice is 40 years old and still topping charts. An international stop by the beloved brand at Auditorio Nacional in Mexico City took the top three spots on our 5,001-10,000 Capacity chart this week and skated away with $4,107,014. In total, 34 shows of the family-friendly ice spectacular were performed to 155,738 fans. The ticket range was $7.80-$78.69. OCESA/CIE promoted the Feld Entertainment-produced shows. Another longtime fan favorite, the Zac Brown Band, also rose to the top of the charts this week. Two shows at FivePoint Amphitheatre in Irvine, Calif., grossed $1,481,971, and landed the band in the No. 1 spot on the 10,001-15,000 Capacity chart. Jennifer Lopez took four spots on our More Than 15,000 Capacity Hot Tickets chart this week with stops at AmericanAirlines Arena in Miami, where she did three shows, followed by one-offs at Prudential Center in Newark, N.J.; Amway Center in Orlando, Fla.; and, after Shawn Mendes in spot No. 4, Capital One Arena in Washington, D.C. The showdown grossed $6,260,275 at MGM Grand Garden Arena to take the No. 1 spot on our 10,000-15,000 Capacity chart this week. Over 13,000 fans attended and the ticket range was $100-$2,500. (Getty Images) Border-crossing McCartney rules big-venue chart with LA, Vancouver shows When Paul McCartney plays, he tops charts, and this week is no exception: Sir Paul took the top two spots on our More Than 15,000 Capacity Hot Tickets chart performing on his Freshen Up tour in two countries. A U.S. show at Los Angeles’ Dodger Stadium took the No. 1 spot, grossing $7,015,989. His gig a few days earlier in Canada at Vancouver’s B.C. Place grabbed the No. 2 slot, with a gross of $4,520,588.
